• Driver verification: driving licence and ID details checked at pickup.
• Payment details: processed by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers.
• Usage data: device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and bookings.
• Verify drivers and prevent fraud.
• Process payments, deposits and refunds.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders and service messages.
• Improve our website and services, and — only with your consent — send offers and newsletters.
